1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply information to site operators. This Cookie Policy explains how Max Socials, operated by Zylver Solutions LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies (Always Active)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.
- session_token. Session authentication. Maintains your logged-in state and verifies your identity across page requests.
- csrf_token. CSRF protection. Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks by validating that form submissions originate from our platform.
- User preferences, stores your locale (language) and theme (light/dark mode) selections for a consistent experience.
Analytics Cookies (Optional)
These cookies help us understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve functionality and performance.
- Platform usage analytics for product improvement (e.g., which features are most used, page load performance)
- Feature adoption tracking to help us prioritize development efforts
Marketing Cookies (Optional)
These cookies are used only on the maxsocials.com marketing website, not within the application itself. They help us understand which campaigns and landing pages bring agencies to our waitlist so we can prioritize the messaging that resonates.
- _ga, _ga_*, Google Analytics 4 page-view and session tracking on marketing pages (24 months).
- ms_referrer, first-touch referrer of the visit, used to attribute waitlist signups to a marketing source (90 days).
- ms_campaign, UTM-derived campaign identifier tying a signup back to a specific channel or landing page (90 days).
We do not currently set any third-party advertising or cross-site retargeting cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this list and re-prompt for consent before enabling them.
3. White-Label Cookie Customization
Agencies using Max Socials' white-label capabilities can customize how cookies are presented to their End Clients:
- Cookie banner text and styling, customize the wording, colors, and layout of the cookie consent banner to match your brand
- Cookie domain, cookies are set under your custom domain rather than maxsocials.com
- Disable marketing cookies, optionally disable marketing cookies entirely for your white-label instance
4. Third-Party Cookies
When marketplace plugins are installed, they may set their own cookies. The following applies to third-party plugin cookies:
- Plugin cookies are governed by the plugin developer's privacy policy, not this Cookie Policy.
- Subscribers can review which plugins have set cookies and revoke plugin cookie permissions at any time through the plugin management settings.
- The Platform requires marketplace plugin developers to disclose their cookie usage as part of the plugin submission process.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
- Cookie preference center, use the cookie preference center accessible from the footer of any page to manage your consent for optional cookie categories.
- Opt-out of non-essential cookies, you may opt out of analytics and marketing cookies at any time without affecting your ability to use the platform.
