1. Introduction
Zylver Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Max Socials (“the Platform”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our Platform.

- Story/Reel specific metrics
Paid Campaign Data
- Campaign structure (campaigns, ad sets, ads)

We collect this data from: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Blog/CMS platforms (via Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console).
3. Intelligence Loop Processing Disclosure
What this means in plain English: We analyze how your content performs (engagement, reach, conversions) and use those signals to recommend better posting strategies for your account. Your specific results are never shared with other clients; only the patterns our system learns are applied across the Platform to improve recommendations overall.
The core feature of the Platform is the Intelligence Loop, an automated system that continuously analyzes content performance data to improve content strategy.
What Is Processed
- Engagement rates by content type and channel
- Reach and impression patterns
- Conversion metrics and attribution data
- Audience segment engagement patterns
- Posting time effectiveness
- Content format performance (video vs. image vs. text vs. carousel)
- Content bucket weight adjustments (the system’s learned preferences)
- Optimal content velocity per channel
Purpose
To automatically optimize each client’s content strategy based on measured performance. The Intelligence Loop adjusts content bucket weights, posting schedules, and content format preferences without requiring manual analysis.
Legal Basis
Legitimate interest in providing the core service functionality. This processing is fundamental to the Platform’s operation, not ancillary.
4. Aggregated Insights and Business Intelligence
How Anonymized Data Is Generated
- Individual client metrics are stripped of identifying information
- Aggregated only when 5+ accounts in the same vertical are available
- Outlier values are excluded to prevent reverse-identification of large accounts
- No individual Subscriber or End Client can be identified from aggregated data
- No specific campaign budget, revenue figure, or client name appears
What Aggregated Insights Include
- Industry benchmark metrics (e.g., average engagement rate for restaurants on Instagram)
- Content patterns that work across a vertical
- Emerging content trends within verticals
- Channel effectiveness rankings per vertical
- Seasonal patterns per vertical
How Aggregated Insights Are Used
- To provide cross-client intelligence to Agency and Enterprise tier subscribers
- To improve Platform algorithms and features
- To generate industry benchmark reports
Opt-Out
Subscribers may exclude their data from cross-client aggregation through Account Settings. Opting out does not affect per-client Intelligence Loop functionality.
5. AI Model Training
- Content itself is NOT used for training AI models.
- Only anonymized performance metadata is used to improve the Platform’s recommendation algorithms.
- An opt-out mechanism is available through Account Settings.
- Third-party AI providers (e.g., for text generation) have their own data handling policies, which we review for compliance.
6. Marketplace Data Sharing
When a Subscriber installs a marketplace plugin:
- The plugin receives only the data scopes authorized during installation.
- Available scopes include:
read_analytics,write_content,read_client_data. - Each scope is displayed and explained during the installation process.
- Marketplace developers must agree to the Marketplace Partner Agreement, which includes data handling obligations.
- Marketplace developers may NOT sell, share, or retain user data beyond operational necessity.
- Subscribers can revoke plugin access at any time.
7. Data Processor/Controller Roles
- When handling End Client data, the Platform acts as a data processor.
- The Subscriber (agency) acts as the data controller.
- The Subscriber is responsible for obtaining consent from End Clients for data processing; the Platform processes data only as instructed by the Subscriber via Platform features.
- A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available at /dpa for Subscribers who require it.
8. Paid Advertising Data
Paid advertising data (ad spend, ROAS, campaign budgets) is classified as confidential Client Data:
- Never included in aggregated insights without anonymization that prevents identification of specific campaigns.
- Stored with the same security measures as all Platform data.
- Accessible only to the Subscriber and authorized team members.
- Not shared with marketplace plugins unless explicitly authorized.
9. Data Security
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Per-client data isolation at the database level
- Access controls with role-based permissions
- Audit logging of data access
- Regular security assessments
10. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while account is active + 30 days post-termination.
- Analytics data: Rolling retention based on subscription tier.
- Aggregated insights: Retained indefinitely (anonymized, non-reversible).
- Backups: Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.
11. Your Rights
