What's included in the free trial?
Every plan includes a full-featured 14-day free trial. You get access to all features included in your chosen plan, no credit card required. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account is paused (not deleted) and you can resume any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. That means the Growth plan drops from $249/mo to $199/mo when billed annually. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
What happens if I exceed my client account limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, your existing clients continue working normally. You simply will not be able to add new client accounts until you upgrade your plan or remove inactive accounts.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and no long-term contracts. For Enterprise plans, custom onboarding and white-glove setup are included at no extra charge.
Can I white-label the platform on my own domain?
Yes. White-label dashboards are available on the Growth plan and above. Full custom domain deployment (app.youragency.com) with your logo, colors, and email notifications is available on the Agency and Enterprise plans.
