Release cadence

Max Socials ships minor releases weekly (typically Tuesdays) and patch releases on demand as fixes clear staging. Breaking changes follow a 30-day advance notice period: the deprecation notice appears in the Migration Guide and in the in-app banner before the old behavior is removed. Patch releases never introduce breaking changes.

Version scheme

Releases follow semver: major.minor.patch. A major bump signals a breaking change that requires migration steps. A minor bump adds backward-compatible functionality. A patch bump contains only backward-compatible fixes.

Release history

v0.18.0 (2026-04-25)

Discovery scoring weights are now configurable per pipeline via the new discovery.scoring API field. Existing pipelines continue to use the previous default weights with no action required.

v0.17.2 (2026-04-22)

Fixed a race condition in the distribution queue that occurred when channel rate-limit response headers were absent. Affected accounts may have seen duplicate publish attempts; no content was lost.

v0.17.1 (2026-04-15)

Restored TikTok trend ingestion after TikTok pushed a breaking change to their Research API pagination format. No configuration change required.

v0.17.0 (2026-04-10)

Updated the analytics weighting cycle from a 24-hour to a 7-day rolling window. Performance scores will recalibrate over the first week after upgrade. No migration steps required.

v0.16.0 (2026-03-20)

Brand kit now supports voice attributes (tone, reading level, banned phrases). Production templates automatically inherit voice settings when generating text content.

v0.15.0 (2026-02-28)
